CWSWG, Inc. is focused on delivering superior risk-adjusted "after-tax" returns from Real Estate oriented investments.

CWSWG utilizes two investment strategies:

INCOME PROPERTY
Main Street Real Estate: The Income Property investments we look at are typically close to fully leased and focus on offering good cash flow and strong appreciation potential. Direct real estate investments offer the additional advantage of using 1031 tax-deferred exchanges to keep as much as 100% of our equity capital at work.

TURN-AROUND OPPORTUNITY
CWSWG also targets income property investments where there is increased risk and reward. This can be found in building conversions, tenant rollover risk, significant capital infusion and new management vision and oversight.

INVESTMENT CRITERIA

INVESTMENT STRUCTURE
Deal Sizes between two and twenty million dollars.
All cash or assume existing financing.
Joint Ventures (CWSWG to control at least 50% of deal)
