estate transactions in Multi-family, Office and Industrial
investments. Our projects include Partnerships, Joint
Ventures and Tenants in Common. We also do non real estate
diversification projects through trusted affiliates in
public and private equities.
We
focus on markets and product types where long term macro
and micro forces will drive long term asset growth and
cash flows. We always co-invest in our projects, actively
